The desire to return to nature and simpler times is innate. Since the 1600s, there have been "Arcadian Revivals." Various movements have reinvented this idea, though under different names, all sharing the common goal of reconnecting with our natural roots. Partnering with Ten Barn Farm and part of Upstate Art Weekend, The Macedonia Institute will present a group show where artists reflect on what a modern return to nature might look like.

Arcadian Revival will be open through Upstate Art Weekend, closing on July 21.
